She was always available to us, and answered our countless questions (some of which we sent her late at night or on weekends) right away. She was very honest with us, telling us why certain things about the properties we looked at were cause for concern. She arrived on time..every time. She even stayed late with us while the inspection for home was being completed. Her knowledge of all the properties we looked at made the entire process much more professional. I have dealt with a different realtor while selling a home in the past and the difference is night and day. I only with I had Kate by my side back then to make the selling experience a positive one.
